Victorious Festival are thrilled to announce that the legendary Brian Wilson will be joining their 2018 event along with The Sleaford Mods, The Cribs, Dub Pistolsand more!
Illuminating the 60s with an infectious blend of pop, psychedelia & tight harmonies, Brian Wilson directed the Beach Boys away from generic surf stalemate to the soaring pop/rock masterpiece that is Pet Sounds – a pivotal moment in pop history. His greatest hits set at Victorious will be unmissable!
Post-electro-punk agitators Sleaford Mods will be on hand this summer to administer a large dose of social commentary while The Cribs will be returning to Victorious celebrating 16 years of infectious critically acclaimed indie rock.
Also joining the spectacular line-up are dub-hop pioneers Dub Pistols, feted indie four-piece Stereo Honey, the calypso-tinged Cassia, indie-rockers Bang Bang Romeo, Electric Pyramid, Catherine McGrath, Fenne Lilly and Nathan Ball.

Newcastle’s Hit The North Festival has announced the 2018 festival line-up.
Taking place on Sunday 6th May across 15 venues in Newcastle City Centre, Hit The North will continue to champion new music, from established bands with new releases to new bands on the scene. The Horrors have been announced as the first headliner for Hit The North 2018, following the release of their fifth studio album ‘V’.
Joining them on the line-up are acts including Marmozets, Tom Grennan, Blaenavon, Sunset Sons and Pale Waves. LMLL favourites Marsicans, Sea Girls and Hockey Dad also join this year’s line-up, championing new music.
This year, Hit The North Festival will take place across the full weekend with opening parties on Friday 4th May (Drenge, Jungle and Circa Waves), Meet The North on Saturday 5th May and the Hit The North on Sunday 6th May.

We’re delighted to say that British Sea Power, Honeyblood, The Lovely Eggs, Dream Wife, Girl Ray and Sacred Paws are among 35 artists confirmed today for this year’s Indietracks festival.
The above artists are joined by Darren Hayma (playing ‘Breaking God’s Heart’), Even As We Speak, Haiku Salut, Onsind, The Smittens, Anna Burch, Boyracer, Night Flowers and Eureka California.
Plus, the following bands are also joining the bill today: Happy Accidents, Let’s Whisper, Wolf Girl, Just Blankets, Dream Nails, Mikey Collins, Sink Ya Teeth, Tugboat Captain, The Baby Seals, Life Model, Cat Apostrophe, Strange New Places, Melenas, Panic Pocket, French Boutik, Ghum, Rebecka Reinhard, Tekla, Whitelands and The Sunset Beach Hut.
The festival takes place on the weekend of 27th-29th July 2018 at our picturesque 1950s steam railway in Derbyshire. It’s a celebration of independent, creative and DIY pop music, with bands playing across the heritage steam railway site, including its main outdoor stage, in a locomotive shed, a tin tabernacle and on the steam trains themselves
