Springsteen’s version of this classic cajun tune was considered among many songs laid down for “The River” album, But Bruce decided to donate the song to Gary U.S Bonds who recorded the song for the 1981 album “DEDICATION” co produced with Bruce and Steve Van Zandt.
Its played live on occasions, this version is a sign request from a show where Gary joined Bruce and Band in September 2012 in New Jersey.
