Although they have been together a long time, ths band have kept a low profile, Its took a long time for their debut album “Working Act”to be released but what a exceptional debut it is and a fine single “Carter” was.

The Black Keys have been announced as the third and final headliner for the Suffolk festival which takes place 17th July- 20th July.
The American duo will close the festival after Two Door Cinema Club and Damon Albarn have headlined the Friday and Saturday of the festival. Other bands who have been added to the bill include Crystal Fighters and Editors have also been added to the Obelisk Arena stage on the Friday night, on which Bombay Bicycle Club will play on the Saturday.
Additions to the BBC Radio 6 stage include Clean Bandit, Jungle and Temples. More bands are set to be announced to a jam packed weekend full of music, comedy and arts.

The event which takes part over the May Bank Holiday weekend (2nd-5th), has added some more exciting bands to its lineup.
George Ezra, Fat White Family and Young Kato have all been added to the festival on Saturday 3rd May. Other bands breaking through such as Years & Years, Big Sixes, Fickle Friends and Sundara Karma will also play on the Saturday. There are also a host of solo artists playing such as Bipolar Sunshine, Solomon Grey and former band of the week artist – Hibou.
The main event, which is the Saturday, consists of over 100 bands playing in various venues across the city and a wristband ticket for the day is just £25 – an absolute bargain.

along with Arthur Beatrice, Royal Blood, Eagulls and Glass Animals are of course WOLF ALICE this north London four piece started as a solo project for vocalist Ellie Roswell she teamed up with Jeff Oddie last year and became the band to see Ellies Vocal is flawless on stage its smooth clear and strong and the band is incredibily tight.They were the most blogged about band in the UK
