Last night, Tobias Jesso Jr. took to his debut televised performance in the least subdued circumstances possible. Performing with The Roots on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, he showcased his ‘How Could You Babe’ track in magnificent, showy gusto.
Jimmy Fallon is a massive fan. He introduced the performance by saying: “I saw this song on the internet or something, and it just blew my mind. This is one of the coolest of songs, and the newest sounds – I just loved it so much.”

The musical guest on the Tonight Show was The War on Drugs. Fallon said their latest album is “Lost In The Dream”, and they performed the song “An Ocean Between the Waves” off of it. The frontman of the group also is a great guitar player. He jammed on the guitar, displaying his virtuosity. The drummer kept up a rapid, steady beat throughout the song. They did a fantastic job, and will likely wow the audiences at Coachella in April.
On this Tuesday night episode of the Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon, as usual, had some entertaining and cool guests, and he played Box of Lies with the lovely actress, Nicole Kidman. Patton Oswalt talked about his love of movies and how it became a sort of “addiction,” and the musical act, The War on Drugs, wrapped the episode up.

Nicks kicked off her solo career in 1981 with the album Bella Donna and has released seven more albums, including her most recent, 24 Karat Gold: Songs from the Vault, Stevie performed two songs on the show “Rhiannon” and “Lady” but the unexpected was the solo performance Stevie at the piano on her own most likely as she did when the song was originally written.
