This Australian band have Dandy Warhols man Brent DeBoer, Bob Harris of the Lazy Sons and members from Melbourne’s music scene with an album due out later this year, this video about one of Harrow’s ex-girlfriend and the end of the relationship, it is a lovely listen with echoes of REM janglyguitar sound and a lilting vocal that reminds me of Adam from Counting Crows.
Alternative Folk band FAMY picked up their guitars for this soaring song “Freinds Home” lush guitars and anthemic songs, available on Transgressive Records in September. http://www.famy.co.uk
