SEM Exclusive Video: Elephant Stone Premieres “Knock You From Yr Mountain” (PIA Remix [Peter from The Dandy Warhols])

Elephant Stone have released the fifth video from their ES3PRMX album, which comes out on 2nd June 2015.
ES3PRMX is a collection of six remixes from Elephant Stone’s monumental 2014 album, The Three Poisons.

Today’s remix comes from Peter Holmström (aka PIA) of The Dandy Warhols.

Check out the video below to see how Holmström takes “Knock You From Yr Mountain” – one of the catchiest songs on The Three Poisons – into the stratosphere.

The Dandy Warhols’ Peter Holmstrom tears The Three Poisons’ lead single apart and shines a light on it’s darker/more evil aspects. A sub-bass speaker highly recommended.

Montreal’s Elephant Stone was formed in 2009 by sitarist/bassist Rishi Dhir. As one of the most highly sought out sitar players in the international psych scene, he has recorded, performed and toured with Beck, the Black Angels, Brian Jonestown Massacre, the Horrors, and many more.

Elephant Stone has released two LPs, an EP, and has toured throughout North American and Europe. They have spear-headed the Hindie-Rock movement with their deft ability of weaving together rock’n’roll, Hindustani classical, and catchy-as-all-hell pop. 2014 will see the release of Elephant Stone’s third full-length, The Three Poisons.
