Three-piece Carson Wells are a gracefully chaotic brew of hardcore, punk, math rock, and screamo. Their debut album, WONDERKID, is sometimes just referred to as a genre all its own

The guys were gracious enough to donate their share of all Good Pack sales to the Glasgow Food Bank, raising the amount we’re able to donate from 30 percent to 40. They’re also named after Woody Harrelson’s character in No Country For Old Men, “WONDERKID features nine new songs that are tense, off-kilter, and discordant with hints of melody that serve as a great undercurrent for the band’s sound

The musical artists split 60% of every Good Pack sale, though Carson Wells has chosen to contribute their share to the foodbanks. You can also support Carson Wells directly and find more of their releases on Bandcamp.

Glasgow, Scotland, has one of the most exciting music scenes on the planet. We’ve grouped together six phenomenal independent bands from the city to share with you, and we hope you’ll help us support the Glasgow Foodbanks just in time for Christmas.

The Good Pack is a place to discover new music and support important causes at the same time. For 10 days, from December 14 to 24, pay whatever you think is fair to get a high-quality mp3 collection of the albums (at 320 kbps). If you pay at least $6, you’ll also unlock the collection as lossless FLAC files in addition to the mp3s.

The bands in this collection:

Algernon Doll

Three Blind Wolves

Carson Wells

Poor Things

Pronto Mama

BAD LUCK

Click on any album cover above to hear all the music and learn more about the bands.

40 percent of whatever you pay will go to the Glasgow Northwest and Southeast Foodbanks to help their mission of supplying meals to Glasgow’s hungry.

When you get the Good Pack, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the collection. The files will be ready to play on your computer, your phone, or any other music-listening apparatus — all with zero restrictions and no annoying DRM.

60 percent of your chosen sales price is split by the musical artists and 10 percent goes to the Good Pack to cover operational costs. While we normally reserve 30 percent for our sponsored nonprofit, Carson Wells has offered to contribute their share to the foodbanks, and so we’re proud to be sharing 40 percent of sales with them. You can also find information on how to support the artists and the foodbanks directly on each info page.

Thanks for checking out the Good Pack. Sign up for our email list and follow us on social media to know when we launch our next collection of great independent music.
