This week, the London-based band Sorry shared a new song, “Tom Will Smack Your Ass,” via a music video featuring lots of ass smacking. Sorry’s Asha Lorenz co-directed the video with Flo Webb.
Lorenz had this to say about the video in a press release: “No bums were harmed in the making of this video—thanks to everyone who contributed.”
Sorry are Asha Lorenz, Louis O’Bryen, Lincoln Barrett, Campbell Baum, and Marco Pini.
The song follows “Cosplay”, an acclaimed new album the band released last November via Domino Recordings. It was among the Top 100 Albums of 2025. In February Sorry shared a further two new songs: “Billy Elliot” and “Alone In Cologne.”
“Cosplay” followed 2022’s “Anywhere But Here” and their debut album, “925”,
“Cosplay” included two previous singles: “Jetplane” and “Waxwing” (which came out in June).
