For more than four decades, The Jayhawks have been one of Americana’s defining bands, blending country, folk, soul and rock across a run of enduring albums. Emerging from Minneapolis alongside peers like The Replacements, Hüsker Dü and Soul Asylum, they helped lay the foundations for the genre while earning a reputation as a formidable live band. Current line-up Gary Louris, Marc Perlman, Karen Grotberg and Tim O’Reagan continue that legacy on Sanctuary Park, produced by Bob Ezrin.
