Here, the Vivian Girls, Beverly, Crystal Stilts, and Dum Dum Girls member travels to the ’80s once more, as ‘Love As Projection’ takes inspiration from 1980s art pop, new wave, and synth-pop. Lead single ‘Anything’ sounds like New Order closing off a John Hughes movie. .
