For the last month, Radiohead have been adding archival concert footage from their Radiohead Public Library to their YouTube page. On (May 6th), they’ll add their 2006 Bonnaroo set, featuring the newly unearthed original desk audio.

In a statement, Jonny Greenwood called the Bonnaroo performance “the best festival experience [he’s] ever had in America.” He continued, “I hope the heat, dust, and smell of fine Southern whiskey comes over as well as the songs.”

Thanks for watching last week’s Coachella concert. This week, something new: we’ve tracked down the original desk audio for our Bonnaroo show. Filmed in 2006 in Tennessee it’s easily, comfortably, the best festival experience I’ve ever had in America. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Bonnaroo 2006 is the greatest Radiohead live performance. The set list is amazing, everyone sounds amazing, every rendition of every song is amazing, and the energy is off the charts.

Recorded at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Manchester, TN on the 17th of June 2006
