As if you need any more proof that Stevie Ray Vaughan is one of the Guitar Gods. Well, this right here is a gem. While we can only hope to be half as good as SRV in guitar playing, you wouldn’t believe just how awesome this is when he was warming up. Don’t you wish you could just fall out of bed and slay the song like this? It’s insanely good but not unexpected given that SRV has always left us in awe whenever he performed. Just think what he’d be like if he was still alive today he could play anything and it’s so sad that he left us so soon.
Nevertheless, this is clearly a tell-tale sign that you’re absolutely a god at tearing up the guitar — when your sound check video has almost 7 million hits. Wow! The cool factor is off the charts! If you had the chills while listening to this, it’s when you know you’re in the presence of greatness.
