Ive listened to a couple of excellent tracks from the Swedish indie-pop quartet Hater’s debut EP Radius during this summer. Now they’re back with some new music in the shape of new single Mental Haven, the first from their upcoming debut LP You Tried, which is due on 10th March 2017.
Mental Haven is full of chiming guitar chords and shimmering synth embellishments, Its an old-school rock song shrouded in indie-pop softness” along with the urgency of their debut tracks, it has both emotion and heart. We suspect fans of Alvvays to the Pretenders will find something to like
