New Jersey-based rockers NGHTCRWLRS are going to be releasing their sophomore album, Raging Hot, later this week. Feel free to pump up the volume and play this album LOUD. You won’t regret it, trust us. Though they’ve only been a band for a couple of years, the band shows a sonic prowess and aptitude that goes beyond this brief time.

“Raging Hot” was written by four gentlemen from New Jersey who are deeply in love with music but completely frustrated by the mundane realities of modern life and use those emotions to create something fun,” they say of the record. “We are one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. Treat your neighbor as you would yourself because underneath the false senses of our humanity, the reality is that we are the same.

“Fear and Greed is about modern capitalism, an ideology that almost all Americans from a very young age are taught to respect and believe to be intrinsically good. The issue is that no single economic ideology is intrinsically good. Any system without true checks and balances can be corrupted, especially one in which success is fueled by greed. No system is pure without proper balance and more people each day speak out in a growing resistance to a flawed absolutist vision of an American ideal.”
