The second single from Peel Dream Magazine’s forthcoming album “Rose Main Reading Room”, “Wish You Well” is just as intoxicating as “Lie in the Gutter” was earlier this summer. It’s as soothing as a balm, but its lyrics gnaw at something far more mournful—climbing social ladders and the “eat or be eaten” mentality thrown onto us by capitalism. “Netherworld destroyer, leave it at the foyer,” Olivia Bubaka Black sings. “I was sent to bore you, obviously.
