New Jersey rock greats The Feelies have announced a new album, their first since the 2011 reunion album Here Before. The new record is called “In Between”, and it’s to be released on February 24th 2017 via Bar None Records.They’ve shared the first song from it, a chugging, midtempo slice of the kind of Velvet Underground-influenced garage rock for which they’re known. It’s called “Been Replaced,”
The Feelies don’t have any dates scheduled at the moment hopefully we’ll see shows behind the new album before long. Could be a great festival band for Green Man or End Of The Road.
