British alt rockers the Virginmarys flexed their muscles earlier this year with the releasing of their anthemic “Into Dust,” which is from their forthcoming sophomore album. We’re excited to premiere the band’s “Moths To A Flame” today. The song’s heavy urgency on the instrumentation works well with the deep, soul searching topics that are explored in the lyrics. If “Moths to a Flame” is any indication of what’s to come, then fans have a lot to be excited about come May.
“‘Moth’s To A Flame’ is one my favourite songs from the new album,” says bassist Matt Rose says of the track. “It really close to my heart, written about struggles through mental health and addiction and how we must stick together and be there for each other.”
The Virginmarys’ sophomore album, Divides, is out in May via Wind-Up Records.
